Description
This LEGO construction set, number 4193, is titled The London Escape and is part of the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides theme produced by the LEGO Group. The set is comprised of 463 plastic pieces used to construct a street scene featuring two horse-drawn carriages and a two-story building facade. The building includes an opening rear section, a barrel-launching feature, and a tavern-style interior. The vehicles consist of a black and green coach with a removable roof and a brown supply wagon. Five minifigures are included as identified on the retail packaging: Jack Sparrow, Joshamee Gibbs, Horse Coach Driver, King George’s Soldier, and King George’s Officer. The lot contains the original retail box, two original instruction booklets labeled 1 and 2, and a themed promotional poster. The box displays the LEGO logo in the upper left corner along with the Disney logo and the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides movie branding.
Condition report:
This set is pre-owned and the box has been opened. The plastic components, including bricks, specialty pieces, and minifigures, are stored loose in a clear plastic zip-top bag. The original retail box shows moderate shelf wear with visible creasing, corner dings, and edge wear. The two instruction booklets and the poster are present and show minor signs of handling wear. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
