Description
A pair of Lima Models Golden Series HO-scale model train sets, manufactured in Vicenza, Italy. These sets feature four-car electric multiple units (EMU) modeled after the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) Class 403 high-speed trains. Each set consists of one powered end car, two intermediate coaches, and one non-powered end car. The models are constructed with plastic bodies and feature functional metal roof-mounted pantographs designed for operation on an HO-scale catenary system.
Individual sets include:
Lufthansa Airport Express (Ref. 149742 GP): Finished in the distinctive yellow and light gray livery with printed Lufthansa Airport Express branding.
InterCity (IC) (Ref. 149749 GP): Finished in the white and gray InterCity livery featuring red and black accent stripes and IC logos on the end units.
Both sets are housed in their original blue window-display boxes with protective white polystyrene inserts. Technical specifications and manufacturer details are printed on the packaging, including the blue circular VDE technical certification labels. Side panels include manufacturer information reading LIMA GOLDEN SERIES VIA GIOVANNI IMPERIALI 77 – 36100 VICENZA (ITALY).
