Description
This lot consists of two boxed Märklin HO scale model train items. Märklin is a German manufacturer specializing in model railroads constructed from die-cast metal and plastic.
The first item is a Märklin HO 3514 steam locomotive with tender, modeled after the Klasse C / BR 18.1. The locomotive features a green livery with gold-toned lining and a black chassis. It is housed in its original white cardboard window box with a clear plastic display stand. The box is marked with the manufacturer name and the model number 3514. A retail sticker from Gunning’s Hobby dated 10 29 03 is present on the end panel.
The second item is a Märklin HO 48802 Wagenset Übergabezug (Transfer Train Set). This set includes five individual freight cars presented in the original foam-lined box. The set contains a flat car with a Terracotta tile load, a brown boxcar, a brown gondola, a green baggage car, and a long flat car carrying two vehicle chassis frames in red and blue. The lot includes a small sealed plastic bag with additional detail parts. The outer box features line drawings of the included rolling stock and the set name. Both items are in their original manufacturer packaging.
