Description
This set of Lionel O gauge model freight trains comprises Outfit No. 2217WS from the post-war era. The collection includes a No. 1615 0-4-0 steam switcher locomotive constructed with a die-cast metal body, featuring Magne-Traction and marked 1615 on the cab. It is accompanied by a black 1615T Lionel Lines slope-back tender. Rolling stock includes a No. 6456 Lehigh Valley hopper car in maroon plastic, a No. 6356 New York Central stock car in yellow plastic, a No. 6656 Lionel stock car in yellow plastic, and a No. 6257 Southern Pacific type caboose in red plastic. The freight cars feature metal chassis and trucks. Visible markings include L.V. 25000, Lehigh Valley, NYC 63561, SP 6257, and various Lionel branding. Also included is a No. UCS O Gauge Remote Control Track Set. The set is housed in its original master outfit box, No. 2217WS, and includes individual boxes for the locomotive and tender (No. 1615LT), the hopper (No. 6456), both stock cars (No. 6356 and No. 6656), the caboose (No. 6257), and the track set (No. UCS).
