Description
A vintage Lionel postwar O27 gauge model freight train set, identified as Outfit No. 1513S. The set features a No. 2037 2-6-4 steam locomotive constructed of die-cast metal, equipped with a smoke chamber and Magne-Traction. Accompanying the locomotive is a No. 6026T non-whistling tender made of molded black plastic with metal trucks, marked Lionel Lines. The rolling stock consists of several freight cars, including a No. 6012 black plastic gondola car, a No. 6014 red plastic boxcar featuring Curtiss Baby Ruth Candy graphics, a No. 6015 yellow plastic Sunoco tank car, and a No. 6017 maroon plastic SP-type caboose. A No. 6009 remote control track set is also included in its original box. All train components are housed in their respective orange and blue individual boxes, which are contained within the primary cardboard master outfit box. The master box bears printed text for Lionel Trains, Outfit No. 1513S, and a printed price circle of $29.95. Original boxes are worn and some have tape.
