Description
This OO gauge model train set is manufactured by Hornby Dublo and depicts The Bristolian express service. The set consists of a 4-6-0 Castle Class steam locomotive, a matching tender, and six passenger coaches. The locomotive and tender are constructed of die-cast metal and finished in British Railways green livery. The locomotive cab is marked with the number 7013 and the splasher features the raised lettering BRISTOL CASTLE. The tender is finished with a circular crest. The group of six coaches is constructed of lithographed tinplate with die-cast components and finished in the British Railways maroon and cream livery. Three coaches are marked with the identifier M 4183 and three are marked with the identifier M 26133. Each of the six coaches features roof-mounted destination boards reading THE BRISTOLIAN. The locomotive features an electric powered mechanism.
