Description
This lot consists of two (2) identical HO scale model railroad tank cars, identified by web consensus and chassis markings as Märklin item number 314 S. Each unit features a yellow die-cast tank decorated with red SHELL lettering and the Shell oil company pecten logo. The tanks are mounted on black die-cast metal chassis. A brown brakeman’s cabin is positioned at one end of each car. Detailed features include black ladders and walkways leading to a central filler dome on the tank top. The chassis side panels are marked in white with the model number 314 and a stylized manufacturer logo. Both cars are equipped with vintage-style metal wheels in a two-axle configuration and standard loop-and-hook couplings.
