Description
This lot comprises two vintage architectural model buildings designed for use with an HO or OO scale model railway layout. The first model is a railway crossing guard house constructed from wood and composition or plaster-covered card. It’s a Rivarossi Mod Ital house from 1950. It features a pink-tan textured exterior with a red gabled roof and a single chimney. The building is mounted on a wooden base painted green with a simulated gravel surface and a red-painted section with a brick pattern. Two fixed, non-functional crossing gates painted white with red stripes are attached to the base. The building displays two printed paper labels with the text 224 and Km 12+91. Measures 10x6x3. The second model is a multi-story industrial or municipal building of two-part construction, featuring a three-story tower and an attached two-story wing. It is made from wood, heavy card, and composition material with a white textured stucco finish. The building includes brown doors and numerous multi-pane windows. The flat roofs have a textured grit surface and yellow-painted trim. The base is accented with green foam shrubbery. Vau-pe no. 115 factory building from 1953. meausres 10x4x5
