Description
This set of 5 HO scale model railway freight cars was manufactured by Pocher in Torino, Italy. The cars represent Swedish-themed (Carro Svedese) rolling stock with various mid-20th century commercial liveries. Included in the lot are a yellow refrigerator car with Milda (321/2) and Tre Ess margarine branding, a white refrigerator car (317/2) featuring the Scan – god skansk mat logo with Swedish State Railways marking SJ 64305, a green boxcar (327/2) with EVE biscuit graphics, a blue boxcar (325/2) with Fruktnorlin fruit company markings, and a white refrigerator car (319/2) with SJ 64177 markings. The cars are constructed with plastic bodies and fitted with metal wheels and couplers. Four original cardboard boxes are included. The end flaps of three boxes are specifically marked Carro Svedese Scan Art. 317, Carro Svedese EVE Art. 327, and Carro Svedese Milda Art. 321. The fourth box is generic with a passenger car illustration and the Pocher company logo.
