Description
This vintage miniature model is attributed to Creglinger as model number 525, Grandhotel, a design typically utilized for H0 scale model railroad layouts. The building is constructed of wood and composite materials with a textured salmon-pink paint finish to simulate stucco. It features a four-story design topped with a gray mansard-style roof with molded shingle details and a single black chimney vent. The front facade displays a white sign with black block lettering reading GRANDHOTEL and features three small gray balconies on the second floor. The ground floor is designed with a central arched entrance and arched windows featuring multicolored simulated floral window boxes. Upper stories feature rectangular windows with translucent backings. The building is permanently mounted on a thin gray rectangular base. 8 x 8 x 6 circa 1955.
