Description
This Creglinger multi-level structure is composed of mixed media, including wood, composition material, and cardstock, mounted on a textured, rock-like base. The layout features a gatehouse with a drawbridge, an interior courtyard, and residential wings with gabled roofs and windows with red and white striped shutters. Architectural highlights include a tall square tower with a pyramidal roof and various arched openings. The piece is finished with hand-painted weathering and detailed scenic applications, such as simulated climbing ivy, moss, and a collection of standalone model trees with flocked foliage. 10 x 12 x 11 with working music box circa 1954.
