Description
A Lionel Postwar O Gauge Santa Fe F3 Diesel Locomotive Set, Outfit No. 2190W, dating to 1952. The set comprises Santa Fe F3 diesel locomotives, primarily red and silver with yellow accents, marked “SANTA FE”, “BUILT BY LIONEL”, and “GM”, with numbers 2343P/2343T. Accompanying the locomotives are four matching corrugated silver passenger cars, marked “LIONEL LINES”. These include an Astra-Dome car, two Pullman cars, and an Observation car, with named cars ‘2533 SILVER CLOUD’, ‘2534 SILVER BLUFF’, ‘2532 SILVER RANGE’, and ‘2531 SILVER DAWN’. The set comes with its original cardboard boxes, including the main worn “Outfit No. 2190W” box and individual car boxes. Also included are a 1952 Lionel catalog, operating instructions, and various related ephemera. C7-8.
