Description
This lot features a vintage Lionel ‘027’ gauge model train set, identified as Outfit No. 1464 W, commonly known as the ‘Anniversary Passenger Set’, and dated to the 1949-1950 period. The set comprises two No. 2023 Union Pacific twin diesel locomotives and three illuminated Lionel Lines passenger cars: a No. 2481 “Plainfield” Pullman, a No. 2482 “Westfield” Pullman, and a No. 2483 “Livingston” observation car. All train components are constructed from painted metal and plastic, featuring vibrant yellow and gray finishes.
