A Lionel No. 69 Motorized Maintenance Car, Postwar, comprising a black, red, and grey molded plastic toy train car with a raised platform, a blue plastic worker figure, and a reversible red sign marked “DANGER” on one side and “SAFETY FIRST” on the other. The car is visibly marked with the “LIONEL” logo and “69.” Accompanied by its original orange cardboard box. A folded paper instruction sheet, also detailing “No. 69 MOTORIZED MAINTENANCE CAR” and referencing “0-27 TRACK, ” is included. Original box has dented corner and inserts C8-9
