Description
A four-piece Ives prewar wide gauge electric toy train set, comprising a 3243 locomotive and three matching passenger cars: a 187-3 ‘BUFFET’ car missing the roof, a 188-3 ‘PARLOR CAR’, and a 189-3 ‘OBSERVATION’ car. All pieces are constructed from tinplate and feature orange lithographed exteriors with ‘THE IVES RAILWAY LINES’ and ‘NYC&HR’ (New York Central & Hudson River) markings, C4-5.
