Description
This lot features an TAT Empire friction-drive Sports Convertible and an Ideal PMC 1958 Edsel Citation with a tethered remote control and OB. Both vehicles are constructed from molded plastic, with the Empire 1955 Ford car featuring a blue body and red interior with its original box, and the red Edsel including a black roof and gold side trim. The Edsel model retains its vertical front grille and a separate red battery remote box connected by a braided wire. These toys were made in Hong Kong in the 1960’s.
