Description
This pair of vintage toys consists of a 1968 Cragstan Industries battery-operated Pay n Go Taxi and a Cragstan 1964 friction-powered Corvette Sting Ray Friction working (spelled "Covette" on box), both featuring molded plastic bodies and original packaging. The yellow taxi, dated 1968, incorporates a Coin-O-Matic mechanism and manual steering, while the red sports car features a friction motor and is housed in a box labeled "Covette Sting Ray". Both items were manufactured in Hong Kong and retain their illustrated boxes displaying period graphics and technical specifications. Battery operated not tested. These toys were made in Hong Kong in the 1960’s.
