Louis Marx and Company friction-drive Lotus Ford race cars featuring molded plastic bodies in red and blue finishes. Each vehicle is detailed with vacuum-plated chrome-style engine components, exhaust pipes, and hubcaps, and includes a seated driver figure in white racing gear. The set includes an original illustrated cardboard box indicating production in Hong Kong. Friction working in both. This toy was made in Hong Kong in the 1960’s.
