Dinky Toys produced this pair of die-cast metal lorries comprising the No. 417 Leyland Comet and the No. 409 Bedford Articulated Lorry. The Leyland model is finished in blue with a yellow stake bed, while the Bedford features a yellow cab and trailer with black fenders. Each vehicle is accompanied by its original yellow pictorial box displaying multilingual text and printed graphics manufactured in England by Meccano Ltd.
