Description
This lot consists of two official LEGO building sets from the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean theme, originally released in 2011. The first set, 4182 The Cannibal Escape, is comprised of 279 pieces and includes four minifigures: Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, and two Pelegosto Cannibals. Key features of this set include a cannibal hut, a bone cage with a lifting mechanism, a rotating spit, and a tribal throne. The second set, 4181 Isla De Muerta, is comprised of 152 pieces and includes four minifigures: Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swann, Hector Barbossa, and Skeleton Barbossa. This set features a rock structure with a rotating hidden compartment and a rowboat. Included with each set are the original retail box (opened and flattened), the instruction manual, and a promotional poster. The sets are disassembled, with the components for each stored in separate labeled zip-top bags.
Condition report:
Both sets are in pre-owned condition with minor wear from previous use and storage. The original boxes have been opened and flattened. The sets are disassembled and stored in bags. Instruction manuals and promotional posters exhibit light creasing and signs of handling. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
