Description
This lot consists of two building sets from the LEGO Architecture series. The first is The White House, set number 21006, from the Architect Series. Designed by Adam Reed Tucker, this model represents the official residence of the President of the United States and is composed of 560 plastic pieces. The second is Sungnyemun, set number 21016, from the Landmark Series. Also designed by Adam Reed Tucker, this model depicts the Great South Gate in Seoul, South Korea, and is composed of 325 plastic pieces. Each set includes the original retail box and printed assembly instruction manual. The building elements are currently housed in clear, resealable plastic storage bags labeled with their respective set numbers.

Sungnyemun height: 4.1 inches
Sungnyemun width: 6.9 inches.
Condition report:
Pre-owned and open. The original factory-sealed interior bags are not present; pieces are loose within resealable bags. Original boxes show shelf wear, including corner scuffing, edge creasing, and surface abrasions. Instruction booklets are present with light wear consistent with use. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
