LEGO Group Architecture series construction sets featuring two iconic New York City landmarks. This collection includes the Empire State Building (Set 21002) and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (Set 21004). Both sets are first edition releases designed by Adam Reed Tucker. The Empire State Building set is part of the Landmark series and contains 77 plastic bricks. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum set is part of the Architect series and contains 208 plastic bricks. Both sets include their original retail boxes. The Guggenheim Museum set includes the original instruction booklet, and the loose building components are housed in a clear resealable plastic bag. The back of the Guggenheim Museum box features a photographic portrait and biography of architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The Empire State Building (Set 21002) is indicated as factory sealed and remains in its original packaging. The box displays minor shelf wear consistent with age, including light scuffing at the corners and edges. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (Set 21004) is an opened set. The pieces are disassembled and stored in a non-original plastic bag. The instruction manual is included. The box for set 21004 shows moderate wear with visible creasing, surface abrasions, and edge scuffing. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
