Description
This lot consists of two vintage Roco HO scale model train sets manufactured in Austria. The first set, model number 43033, is a two-piece Trans Europ Express (TEE) RGP (Rame a Grand Parcours) X2700/XR7700 railcar set. It features a motorized railcar and a matching trailer car finished in a burgundy and cream TEE color scheme with first-class designations. The second set, model number 43047, is a four-piece Lufthansa Airport Express passenger train set. This set includes one Class 111 electric locomotive, numbered 111 049-3, and three matching passenger coaches. The livery is the authentic Lufthansa scheme of gray and yellow with dark gray undercarriages, featuring the Lufthansa Airport Express text and crane logo. Both sets are constructed primarily of plastic with die-cast metal components and metal wheels. The Lufthansa set includes a small factory-sealed bag of detailing parts. Both items are housed in their original blue and orange Roco cardboard window boxes with fitted styrofoam internal trays.
