A Lionel 6827 P&H Power Shovel Flatcar, O gauge. The flatcar, primarily black, is marked with “6827 LIONEL” in white lettering on its side and features metal wheels and plastic components. Mounted on the flatcar is a yellow plastic crane/excavator with black plastic boom and bucket assembly, bearing “P&H” markings on both the cab and boom. The crane’s cab also displays “HARNISCHFEGER CORPORATION MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN”. The overall construction is plastic and metal. Original power shovel (needs strings/strings not included). C8
